Email support from the app
Updated
The quickest way to reach us is from BusBus itself, because it fills in the details we need to help you.
- Tap the gear (Settings) at the top right of the Live Map.
- Under Help, tap Email Support.
- Write what happened after I require support on BusBus:, then send the email.
The email is addressed to busbus-support@mgsapps.com, with the subject BusBus Support Request.
What BusBus fills in
Below your message, BusBus adds a few lines about your app and device.
On iPhone and iPad
A new email opens in the Mail app, with:
- Version and Build: the BusBus version you have.
- System Name and System Version: iOS or iPadOS, and its version.
- Model: your device's model code, like iPhone18,1.
On Android
A new email opens in your email app, with:
- Version and Build: the BusBus version you have.
- Android: the Android version, with its API level.
- Model: the maker and model of your phone or tablet.
If you have more than one email app, Android may ask which one to use.
BusBus doesn't add your name, your device's name or anything else that identifies you. You can change or delete any of it before you send.
If no email opens
On iPhone and iPad
Email Support uses Apple's Mail app. If Mail has no email account, you'll see Mail isn't set up. Either:
- Add an email account to Mail in the iOS Settings app, then try again.
- Or use Email support on this page, or write to busbus-support@mgsapps.com from any email app.
On Android
If your phone has no email app, you'll see No email app is set up. Write to busbus-support@mgsapps.com from another device. Set up an email app, such as Gmail, and try again, or write to us from another device.
If you write to us without the app, tell us your BusBus version and your device. The version is at the bottom of Settings.
