Remove ads

BusBus Ad Free is a one-time in-app purchase. It removes the ads, including the banner above the tabs and the ads in bus details and Advisories, and supports continued development of the app.

Buy BusBus Ad Free

  1. Tap the gear (Settings) at the top right of the Live Map.
  2. Under In-App Purchases, tap BusBus Ad Free.
  3. Tap Purchase. The price is shown next to it.
  4. Confirm with the App Store.

When it's done, Purchased appears next to BusBus Ad Free in Settings, and the ads go away.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent message still appears with Ad Free, because it also covers analytics. See change your ad and privacy choices.

If the purchase doesn't go through

  • Purchase pending: someone else needs to approve it, for example a parent using Ask to Buy. The ads are removed once it's approved.
  • In-App purchases are disabled on this device: in-app purchases are turned off in Screen Time on this device. Turn them on in Screen Time's Content & Privacy Restrictions, or ask whoever manages the device.
  • In-App purchases can't be made right now: BusBus couldn't reach the App Store. Check your connection and try again later.
